How PPT Smart Notes helps creators publish faster
PPT & PDF Smart Notes eliminates the most tedious part of studying โ converting dense lecture slides and PDF pages into readable, exam-focused notes. Generate a concise cheat sheet, a thorough topic explanation, a formula sheet, or practice questions.
Upload a PowerPoint or text-based PDF โ text is extracted in your browser โ choose your note type โ AI generates structured, page- or slide-referenced notes โ edit and export.
Best practices
- Generate multiple note types for the same presentation (e.g., Detailed Notes for study + Quick Revision for the day before the exam).
- Use the Edit mode to highlight or annotate sections after generation.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Uploading scanned PDFs or image-based slides โ text cannot be extracted from images.
- Not using slide-number references when studying โ always trace notes back to the original slide.

Unlike generic AI chat tools that require manual copy-paste, Seloice PPT & PDF Smart Notes extracts text from PowerPoint slides and PDF pages in your browser, then generates referenced study materials.
Troubleshooting
No text extracted
Make sure your PPTX uses text boxes or your PDF contains selectable text. Scanned pages and embedded images cannot be parsed.
Formula sheet is empty
The tool only finds text-based formulas. If your equations are images or drawn shapes, they won't appear.
Generation is slow
Large presentations (100+ slides) are processed in batches and may take 30-60 seconds. This is normal.
Frequently asked questions
