1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Seloice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Seloice provides a digital storefront and order management tool for online sellers.
2. User Responsibilities
As a seller using Seloice, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, legality, and safety of the products or services you list.
- Fulfilling orders and managing refunds/disputes with your end customers.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring your business complies with all local, state, and national laws.
Seloice is a software provider, not a marketplace. We do not intermediate disputes between you and your buyers.
3. Account Usage & Restrictions
You may not use Seloice to sell illegal, fraudulent, or highly regulated goods without proper authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, or utilize the platform for malicious activities.
4. Payment Terms
Seloice offers both Free and Paid (Pro) subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. We reserve the right to change our pricing, but will provide at least 30 days notice before doing so.
5. Limitation of Liability
Seloice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or server downtime.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
